Taylor's story

I started in 2017 with no real estate background.

Before real estate, I was a technology trainer at Apple. I taught people how to use technology, and later I hired and trained new employees.

I got my license in August 2017. I did what worked and wrote it down. Those notes became the playbook Sam Steadman, Lars Anderson, and I built Team Steady on. Today Team Steady is an 18-agent team at RE/MAX Results with more than 2,850 transactions closed.

I closed 52 transactions in 2025 on a referral-first model. My full-time assistant has been with me for five years, and the team covers buyer nights and weekends. That setup is what lets me be an involved husband, a dad of three with a fourth on the way, and a friend who actually shows up.

It leaves room for the outdoors, too. I race triathlons and ride all summer, then cross-country ski and mountain bike through the winter. I also serve as board chair of DadAwesome, a fatherhood ministry.
